8. Job Listings

8.1 Job Board Platform

JosongTech provides a job board platform ("Jobs Page") where employers and third parties can post job opportunities and where job seekers can browse and apply for positions. This platform is designed to help connect job seekers with legitimate employment opportunities.

8.2 No Endorsement or Verification

JosongTech is not hiring or is not paid to advertise jobs. All job listings on this platform are posted by third parties, and JosongTech does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the legitimacy of any job posting. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of any job listing, employer, or employment opportunity posted on our platform.

8.3 Prohibited Job Listings

You are strictly prohibited from posting spam jobs, fraudulent job listings, or misleading opportunities. The following types of job postings are expressly prohibited:

• Spam Jobs: Repetitive, irrelevant, or unsolicited job postings designed to mislead or deceive job seekers
• Fraudulent Listings: Fake job postings, pyramid schemes, or opportunities that require upfront payment or investment
• Misleading Opportunities: Job postings that contain false, inaccurate, or deceptive information about the position, company, compensation, or requirements
• Illegal Activities: Job postings for positions that involve illegal activities or violate applicable laws
• Discriminatory Listings: Job postings that discriminate based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Multi-Level Marketing (MLM): Job postings for MLM schemes or similar business opportunities
• Work-from-Home Scams: Job postings that promise unrealistic earnings or require payment for training, materials, or access

8.4 Legal Consequences

Violation of our job listing policies, including posting spam jobs or misleading opportunities, may result in legal actions as per these Terms of Service. JosongTech reserves the right to:

• Immediately remove any job listing that violates these Terms
• Permanently ban users who post prohibited job listings
• Report fraudulent or illegal job postings to relevant authorities
• Pursue legal action against violators, including but not limited to claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs
• Cooperate with law enforcement agencies in investigations of fraudulent job postings

8.5 User Responsibility

Job seekers using our platform are responsible for:

• Verifying the legitimacy of any job posting before applying
• Not paying any money or fees upfront before verifying the job is legitimate
• Not uploading confidential information (passwords, bank details, etc.) before verifying the employer
• Researching the company and verifying the job posting through official channels
• Reporting suspicious, spam, or fraudulent job postings immediately

8.6 Reporting Violations

If you encounter a suspicious, spam, or fraudulent job posting, please report it immediately using the report function on our Jobs Page or by contacting us directly. Reported jobs will be flagged and reviewed by our team. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

8.7 No Liability for Job Listings

JosongTech shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from:

• Any job listing posted on our platform
• Any interaction between job seekers and employers
• Any fraudulent, spam, or misleading job posting
• Any employment relationship or lack thereof resulting from use of our platform
• Any information provided by third parties in job listings

By using our Jobs Page, you acknowledge and agree that you use the platform at your own risk and that JosongTech is not responsible for the accuracy, legitimacy, or outcome of any job listing or employment opportunity.

9. Payment Terms

9.1 Fees

Certain Services, including courses and premium features, may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in the currency specified and are subject to change without prior notice.

9.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor. We are not responsible for any errors or issues with payment processing.

9.3 Refunds

Refund policies vary by service. Please refer to the specific refund policy for the service you are purchasing. Generally, refunds are not available for digital products or services once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated.

9.4 Price Changes

10. Refund Policy

10.1 Course Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted through our contact form or email.

Refunds for custom services and projects are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms of the specific service agreement. Generally, refunds are not available for completed work or services that have been delivered.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOSONGTECH AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use our Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or data
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar items transmitted through our Services
• Any errors or omissions in any Content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any Content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

13. Termination
